There is both ‘art’ and ‘science’ to practice valuation and we will talk through the simple formula that drives valuation as well as the ‘art’ of determining the multiple.  In today’s robust market for veterinary practices, buyers offer complex terms that can materially impact a sellers economics.  We will explain key deal terms such as TopCo or Parent Company equity, Joint Ventures, earnouts, contingent notes and other key deal terms that are now part of most offers.
