Juvenile veterinary patients present with a variety of acquired and congenital abnormalities affecting their face or oral cavity. Compounded by their young age and challenges with general anesthesia, the impact of which injuries or abnormalities to treat, and when, can be challenging to determine. In this presentation we will discuss topics including: malocclusions, fractured deciduous teeth, cleft palate and maxillofacial trauma.
