The Vet Shows' Support
We are so excited to be bringing The Vet Shows' Support to New York Vet for the first time! It is a passion of ours to support both the veterinary and pet communities and we're so grateful to be able to give back in this way. At each of our shows, we will be partnering with a local animal shelter that will receive financial donations and donations of goods.
We’re thrilled to be partnering with North Shore Animal League America for New York Vet! Learn more about this great organization below.
North Shore Animal League America is the world's largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization. Since its foundation in 1944, the organization has saved over 1,100,000 dogs and cats.
In 1995, North Shore Animal League America held the first annual Pet Adoptathon, during which the shelter kept its doors open for 36 hours straight for pet adoptions. Today, this event has evolved into the Global Pet Adoptathon, which over 2,000 shelters participate in.
Run by North Shore Animal League, SpayUSA, the nation’s largest network for affordable spay/neuter services, helps hundreds of thousands of people find low cost and quality spay and neuter services for their pets.
The North Shore Animal League America's Out of State Nationwide Pet Rescues works to rescue animals slated for euthanasia and relocates them. Since its founding in 1911, this program has saved over 150,000 dogs and cats.
