We will review an animal hospital’s culture and how best to establish and maintain a healthy and productive culture. We will discuss concepts like engagement, staff value, and team cohesion. We will review how best to retain good staff and maintain the culture as you build it.
Revenue and Cost
Profitability is simply the gross revenue of a hospital minus the costs. We will discuss the revenue centers and benchmarking in very simple and easy to understand terms. We will also review the two largest costs of running a veterinary practice: inventory and staff.
