Kate Crumley

Dr. Crumley has over 30 years experience in veterinary medicine. Her career path includes both companion animal and large animal experience, building a practice from scratch, and mentoring a new graduate into a partner who bought the practice. She has worked with Blue Heron Consulting since 2018 and has coached multiple practice owners and aspiring owners in the art of practice business to improve their bottom lines and ensure their success. She is passionate about top-notch veterinary medical care and about developing people into leaders who can make their practices thrive.
