Oronasal fistula, or oronasal communication may occur spontaneously secondary to periodontal disease, or as a complication following maxillary canine tooth extraction, resective surgery for maxillary neoplasms, oral trauma, or cleft palate repair. This lecture will present multiple techniques in a step-by-step manner to repair oronasal fistula: single flap; transposition flap; prosthetic obturator; and two different double flap methods.
