Multiple tumors can arise from different glands and structures in the perianal area. Masses in this area are a common presenting complaint or incidental finding in practice. These masses can be evaluated and treated through some straightforward steps. Most cases can be treated by their primary care vets. This session will go through diagnostic approach and surgical technique tips for treating these cases. Also, we will go through which cases may be better to refer such as dogs with bilateral disease, extensive disease or regional metastases.
