How can I make changes to my registration?
If you would like to update your personal details on your registration or change your registration type, call us anytime at (646) 437-9080 or email us at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com. If you choose to email us, please make sure to include your full name and reg code in the body of the email.
Alternatively, you can also make amends to your pass onsite.
How much does it cost to attend?
Registration includes full access to educational sessions and the exhibit hall. For the most current registration rate, please click below on the conference of your choice:
*Guest passes include meals served in the exhibit hall. Guests cannot be in the veterinary profession and do not have access to educational sessions.

Is my pass refundable?
Per our Terms & Conditions, your event ticket fee is non-refundable (this includes Online Events) and should you decide that you can no longer attend the Event, we will not reimburse you for any expenses, losses or costs that you have incurred in relation to the Event. Can I transfer my pass to another person?
If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice at any time. Please contact us at (646) 437-9080 or email us at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com to transfer your pass.
How can I pay for my registration fees?
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you would like to pay by e-check, you can contact us at (646) 437-9080 or email us at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com. Please note that all fees need to be paid in full at the time of registration.
Can I purchase a pass to visit the exhibit hall only?
Yes, you may purchase a pass for the exhibition only by calling us at (646) 437-9080 or emailing us at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com.

I am not from the United States, do I need a visa to attend the conferences?
You will require a visa to enter the United States if you are not a citizen or eligible national of a Visa Waiver Program country. While registering, indicate in the designated section that you require a visa letter and this will be emailed to you upon completion of your registration.

Can I bring my dog to the conference?
Service Animals (as defined by the ADA) are always welcomed. Policy and restrictions regarding animals may vary depending on the venue. Should you need to bring your furry friend, please contact us at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com.
Are exhibitors collecting any personal data?
All our attendee badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organization, and email address (if applicable). Exhibitors obtain this information only if they scan your badge in the exhibition. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not have your badge scanned.
Session Notes & Proceedings
Will I be able to access and print notes for my sessions prior to the Conference?
As a registered attendee you will receive access to session proceedings available online through VIN prior to the conference. Details will be sent via email.

Where can I find proceedings and when will they be available?
We will send an email with the details regarding proceedings to all registered attendees once they become available. There will also be a link to access the proceedings on the US Vet Shows app and the show website, and instructions on how to access proceedings in the show guide you will receive onsite. If you need further assistance onsite, you can visit the VIN booth on the exhibit floor. For more information please visit our Certificates and Proceedings section.
I can't find the password to access the online proceedings. What should I do?
Proceedings will be available closer to the event's date. Once they become available, we will notify you via email. If you have received a notification but cannot access the proceedings, please contact the VIN team for assistance at proceedings@VIN.com.
Will I be able to print my notes on site?
We will not have our own printers, so if you would like to print the session proceedings, we recommend doing so at home. However, the venues for New York and Wild West Vet will have their own printers. At the Peppermill Resort, you can print in the Hotel Business Center, and at the Javits Center, you can print at FedEx on Level 2.
Can I attend sessions remotely?
No, we do not offer remote attendance options at this time. You can access our available online CE offerings via Vet Show Academy.
CE Accreditation
How many CE hours will I receive?
The amount of CE hours you will receive depends on the conference location you choose to attend. For more information on the CE hours being offered, please select the conference of your choice below:

Is the conference RACE-approved?
Yes! The American Association of Veterinary State Boards RACE committee has approved CloserStill US LLC to conduct continuing education programs. Our business courses qualify for CVPM credits, as authorized by the VHMA.
CloserStill US LLC is also an approved sponsor of CE for veterinarians and veterinary technicians in the state of New York (NYSED) for the New York Vet program.
How do I obtain my CE certificate?
You will receive an email with a link to your CE certificate within 1 week of attending the show. There will also be a link to the CE site on the US Vet Shows app, on the show website, and in the show guide you will receive onsite. If you notice any discrepancies in tracking, you can manually edit your certificate to ensure accuracy. If you have any issues accessing your certificate, please email us at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com and we will help as soon as we can.
How can I track the sessions I attend?
The sessions you attend will be automatically tracked for you when you scan your badge at the beginning of each session. There will also be a tracking sheet included in your Show Guide, or you can utilize our US Vet Shows app to save the sessions you attend to your schedule.
